Cancellation Policy

At ShopEase, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can begin enjoying your products. Because of this efficiency, we have the following guidelines regarding cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can process a full cancellation and refund as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been officially shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At this stage, the package is in the hands of our delivery partners and is already on its way to you.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order has already shipped and you are unsatisfied because the product arrived damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund Policy. We are committed to making it right and will prioritize your request for a replacement or a refund in these specific instances.
